Here is some information on the Planning and Productivity course now being offered.

The official name of the course is Peter D’s Planning and Productivity Course

What Is This?

An in-depth course summarizing a planning, budgeting, and scheduling approach that can be applied to many situations.

You can use this approach to organize your efforts and improve your productivity.

I used this approach with my team members to run projects for the Canadian government.

These were tax audits of large corporations, some of which had sales revenues over $ 1 billion.

The approach works just as well for small projects too.

Who Is This For? Why This Might Help You

The course is for anyone who wants to try my approach to be more organized, more focused, and more productive.

It will cover the tools and techniques that I used.

These might also help you too.

You do not have to enter detailed data into the documents yourself or perform all of the project tasks to be able to use these tools.

You can have someone else do this for you and report to you the progress of the project and the final results

This will help you  to be more organized and better able to monitor the progress of your projects.

Disclaimer

The information provided in the course will not necessarily show you how to get more revenue.

It will help you to be more organized, more focused, and more productive.

You will still need someone with expertise appropriate to your task or goal (you or someone else), help from others, and other additional resources to get your task or goal done on time or even done at all.

These additional items are not provided in this course.

Why Listen To Me?

Our projects (tax audits) identified hundreds of millions of dollars of errors in tax base amounts and resulted in tax revenues of tens of millions of dollars for the Canadian government.

We mostly relied on our technical expertise to get these results.

The role of the planning tools that we used was to help us stay organized and focused, save us some time, and give us some peace of mind.

They helped us identify and perform the essential activities on schedule and on budget.

Where? How Will The Course Be Run?

Format of the course will be online access to Excel, Word, and pdf documents for 3 months and membership in a closed Facebook Group for the same 3 month period.
